Job summary

Town of Firestone seeks an experienced Town Manager to lead a growing Colorado community. The Manager serves as the chief executive and administrative officer, translating Board priorities into action and guiding municipal operations with transparency and accountability.

Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the Town Manager will build relationships with residents, regional partners, and staff to shape sustainable growth and maintain Firestone's family-friendly character.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field, plus five years of progressively responsible executive-level local government experience.
• Equivalent experience in local government executive leadership may also qualify.
