Target is seeking a Food & Beverage Sales Executive Team Leader to drive store sales and lead the Food & Beverage team, ensuring fresh, properly stocked and safely presented product across the store.
You will manage a team of hourly staff, develop scheduling plans, and coach team members to meet sales goals while upholding Target’s standards for guest service and food safety.
The pay range is $64,000.00 - $128,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.

The Food & Beverage team enables a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is fresh, in stock, available and accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. They are experts of operations, process and efficiency. This team leads food and food services including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes for all Food & Beverage areas of the store.
