Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Minimum 2 years proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
  • Associates degree preferred.
  • 5+ years as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • 3+ years calendar management for multiple executives preferred.
  • 1+ year meeting and event planning experience preferred.
  • Experience setting up video conferencing (Zoom/Skype).

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily calendars for multiple executives with flexibility for last-minute changes.
  • Arrange and reserve conference rooms, catering, A/V and other services as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and create expense reports using Capital One systems.
  • Drive key team activities and events (all-hands, team meetings, conferences, etc.).
  • Prepare professional business communications including memos, letters, and emails.
  • Build and maintain relationships with executives and staff across the organization.
  • Participate in general administrative duties and ad-hoc projects.
  • Promote a fun and team-oriented work environment.
