Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience in directing and technical direction for studio, field and virtual productions.
• Experience managing contractors, freelancers, vendors and production partners.
• Experience supporting executive communications or enterprise events (preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of broadcast production systems and technical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Oversees studio, field, remote and virtual productions through planning, production, post-production and distribution.
• Directs and serves as technical director for live and recorded productions.
• Provides videography and lighting for interviews, presentations and storytelling.
• Manages production scope, budgets, schedules, facilities and vendors.
• Leads operations: streaming platforms, equipment lifecycle and financial stewardship.
• Oversees post-production, editing, graphics and delivery.
• Manages production staff, contractors and partners for quality delivery.
• Establishes scalable workflows and evaluates emerging technologies.
