CSC Generation in the US and Canada is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO & CTO. You will translate rapid discussions into durable decisions, align technology with business strategy, and drive end-to-end execution across multiple brands.

You will own the executive cadence, manage risk and governance, and push for clear ownership with measurable outcomes. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and time-zone flexibility with travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategy and operations or related leadership roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication—you can compress messy context into a precise decision memo.
• Ability to validate analyses and AI-assisted work.
• Comfort operating across time zones with periodic travel.

Responsibilities

• Capture material decisions and convert them into a durable decision log and governance register.
• Run the executive cadence for the CEO–CTO partnership with agendas, pre-reads, decision prompts, and follow-through.
• Own a small portfolio of top-priority initiatives end-to-end from problem definition to implementation.
• Identify contradictory or stale decisions and drive resolution before execution.
• Provide concise decision artifacts and escalation when deadlines are at risk.
