Siemens Digital Industries Software seeks a Portfolio Messaging Strategist to define, govern, and operationalize the executive narrative for Intelligence Center X, Siemens’ industrial agentic orchestration system.

This strategic storyteller will sit at the intersection of Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and Corporate Communications to transform complex technologies into customer-ready narratives and proof points.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Portfolio Marketing, Brand Strategy, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Experience within enterprise software, industrial technology, AI, data platforms, automation, cloud technologies, or platform businesses.
• Demonstrated success defining category, platform, or portfolio narratives that improved market understanding and go-to-market execution.
• Extensive experience developing executive keynotes, leadership presentations, and high-visibility communications.

Responsibilities

• Define and continuously evolve the master narrative for Intelligence Center X and the broader portfolio.
• Build narrative frameworks grounded in customer challenges, differentiated product value, market dynamics, and Siemens’ industrial expertise.
• Establish messaging architecture, proof points, terminology, and storytelling standards that connect corporate vision, portfolio positioning, product messaging, industry use cases, and customer outcomes.
• Lead narrative reviews and decision-making forums to drive alignment and resolve competing priorities.
• Partner with senior executives, product leaders, and subject matter experts to transform complex strategies into compelling executive stories.
• Create scalable executive storytelling processes, including briefing frameworks, content governance, speaker preparation, and post-event content repurposing.
