Job summary

You will manage budgets, oversee P&L, schedule staff, and ensure compliance with brand standards and safety procedures. The role requires a minimum 50-hour workweek, on-call days, and hands-on leadership to train teams, control costs, maintain equipment, and execute new product launches.

Qualifications

• Management experience overseeing P&L and budgets.
• Ability to lead teams and train staff to standards.
• Strong scheduling and labor cost control.
• Experience in maintaining operational excellence.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all results in assigned stores.
• Insuring food, labor and service goals are within goal.
• P&L review with direct supervisor each month.
• Minimum 50 hour work week with 1 day off and 1 on call day.
• Ensure stores meet or exceed Domino’s Pizza Standards.
• Staffing and training of all team members.
• Repair and maintenance in all stores is maintained.
• Implement new products or ideas seamlessly.
• Ensure stores run at a minimum 4 star level.
• Inventory checks performed on each store monthly.
• Store budgets maintained and reports completed.
• Safety and security procedures followed.
