Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. is seeking a Sr. Executive/Executive – Warehouse to lead and manage warehouse operations at Dahej. The role requires strong knowledge of inventory control, SAP-based processes, and ad hoc material management tasks within a cGMP framework.

You will handle PR/PO creation, API dispatch-related activities, and coordination with multiple departments to ensure smooth material flow and regulatory compliance. Experience in warehouse leadership is preferred.

• Create and process PR/POs and coordinate with suppliers.
• Coordinate with other departments for material flow.
• Handle API dispatch, invoicing and E-way processes.

Key responsibilities:

• - Audit preparation as per cGMP guidelines
• - Daily monitoring of Raw materials API packing material etc.
• - SAP knowledge
• - Co-ordinate with other department for material
• - To carry out physical verification of raw material packing material finished good
• - PR / PO creation
• - Inventory management
• - Handling of API dispatch / invoicing/ E Way will
• - Take care of all liaison work.
• - Handing of Deviation, SOP preparation and track wise knowledge
• - Exposure of vendor audit / Regulatory audit
• - Daily routine work (Receipt/ Dispensing/Generation daily RM list etc.)
