SkyePoint Decisions, a cybersecurity and IT services provider, seeks a Special Assistant to support the DSCM program, delivering cyber security expertise to enable secure business processes. This is a contingent role based on customer approval and requires onsite work in Arlington, VA five days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
• An additional 4 years of experience may substitute for degree.
• Security+ certification required before start date; ongoing certification needed.
• Experience developing requirements, workflows, and systems analysis.
• Experience drafting complex operating instructions and editing technical documents.
• Experience engaging with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Attend and support office leadership with recommendations, meeting conduct, risk and action management.
• Prepare and edit technical correspondence and presentations for meetings.
• Produce cyber security documentation and guidance materials.
• Support administrative managers and directors in daily tasks.
• Provide reporting for stakeholders and executive briefings.
• Coordinate and prepare project deliverables across offices.
• Act as central SOC coordinator aligning incident response with leadership.
• Drive workflows and track SOC metrics and SLA performance.
