Qualifications

• B.S. or A.O.S. degree in Culinary Arts with related training.
• 3–5 years of culinary experience with kitchen leadership.
• Mastery of diverse kitchen stations and costs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• ServSafe/HACCP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Chef to ensure sanitation, safety and standards.
• Motivate, train and direct back-of-house staff to meet objectives.
• Mentor Sous Chefs to improve skills and leadership.
• Forecast and schedule team to meet operational targets.
• Roll out culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
• Interview, hire and develop team members per Levy guidelines.
