Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a sous chef
• Experience in upscale or fine dining environments
• Experience in food service profit & loss management
• Experience managing multiple positions in upscale/fine dining
• Managerial/supervisory experience aligned with company values and financial goals

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of employees, provide resources and feedback for success
• Lead culinary team in daily food preparation and service to ensure quality and presentation
• Create and refine seasonal menu offerings informed by guest feedback and business objectives
• Lead execution of private events, dinners, and dining experiences
• Develop culinary talent through coaching while ensuring recipe standards and best practices
• Foster collaboration between front-of-house and back-of-house for guest experience
• Oversee daily kitchen operations including staffing, inventory, and food safety
• Monitor financial performance and operational metrics to drive sales and profitability
• Address challenges and guide the team through changing priorities
