The Standard Spa, Miami Beach is seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to partner with the Executive Chef in directing all culinary operations across the property. This hands-on leader will ensure food quality, consistency, and strong team development from pool to restaurant and events.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a senior culinary leadership role (Executive Sous Chef or equivalent).
• Strong focus on people development, consistency, cost control, and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day culinary operations across the property.
• Provide hands-on leadership during peak service periods and on-line stations.
• Lead the kitchen in the Executive Chef’s absence and mentor Sous Chefs and cooks.
