The Smith in Washington, DC seeks an Executive Sous Chef to lead the back-of-house with a hands-on approach, ensuring top-tier food safety and consistent execution of standards. You will collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine on weekly specials and mentor staff to embody our core values.

• Manage back of house labor and kitchen waste.
• Teach The Smith's Core Values to all new hires and existing team.
• Attend all necessary senior management meetings in the absence of the Chef De Cuisine.

The base pay range for this position is $90,000-$110,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on several factors, including but not limited to prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications, and skills, etc.
