Ideal candidates bring 5+ years cooking with 2+ in leadership, plus strong menu planning and cost-control abilities, and a passion for guest service in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years cooking experience with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• College degree or certification in culinary or hospitality preferred.
• Experience in menu planning and development.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of financial goals and how to achieve them.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.

Overview

We are seeking a talented Executive Sous Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
