Responsibilities include:
  1. Oversee kitchen duties, manage inventory, and control costs.
  2. Lead BOH shifts, ensure efficient operations, and supervise kitchen staff.
  3. Conduct pre-shift meetings, food tastings, and quality checks.
  4. Maintain recipe consistency and manage food ordering.
  5. Coordinate communication between FOH and BOH teams.
  6. Hire, train, and develop BOH staff in partnership with management.
  7. Promote teamwork and handle challenges tactfully.
  8. Work flexible hours, including weekends and early mornings.
  9. Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
  10. Require 4+ years of experience as an Executive Sous Chef in a full-service restaurant.
  11. Ability to lead and manage kitchen staff effectively.

Salary range: USD $60,000 - $90,000 per year.
