The role offers a base of at least $81,000 in the first year with potential to reach $100,000 based on experience, performance, and promotions; includes a 12‑day Introductory Training Academy in San Antonio, TX and required readiness standards.

Qualifications

• Military, law enforcement, or experience in executive protection is meaningful but not required.
• Successful Protectors communicate effectively and work well in a team.
• Promotion is merit-based; performance matters more than seniority.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property using GDBA command center tools and technology.
• Screen visitors and vendors; control access to protected sites.
• Coordinate and execute security plans; respond to medical emergencies.
• Provide physical protection and logistical support at clients' homes and while traveling.
• Provide secure transportation as needed.
• Survey locations and prepare in advance before client arrival.
• Prepare detailed documentation of suspicious activity.
• Maintain readiness to meet any threat.
