The Overture Group, LLC is seeking an Executive Search Researcher & Sourcer to join our executive search team in Lisle, IL. You will work closely with recruiters leading searches to identify executive talent, map markets, and refine our research and sourcing processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of research, sourcing, talent intelligence, or recruiting experience.
• Executive search research or sourcing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to find candidates beyond traditional LinkedIn searches.
• Strong research, organization, and data-management skills.
• Curiosity about AI, automation, and new sourcing technologies.
• A resourceful and persistent approach to difficult searches.

Responsibilities

• Research and source candidates across multiple executive searches
• Build target company lists, market maps, and candidate pipelines
• Develop and refine sourcing strategies with the recruiters leading each search
• Identify candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, databases, web research, professional networks, and other sourcing channels
• Research companies, industries, leadership teams, and talent markets
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation, and competitors
• Use AI and emerging technologies to improve sourcing, research, and data management

We are a retained executive search and compensation consulting firm focused primarily on middle-market organizations. This role will work closely with the recruiters leading our searches to identify executive talent, map markets, and improve how we research and source candidates.

We are looking for someone who is highly resourceful, strong at finding difficult-to-identify talent, and interested in using AI, automation, and emerging technology to make the research process better.

What You'll Do

• Research and source candidates across multiple executive searches
