Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s strongly preferred.
• 3+ years' experience in executive search, research, recruitment, or related field.
• Significant experience with computer systems, databases, email, etc.
• Action/Results Oriented: focuses on outcomes and drives results.
• Customer Focused: satisfies external/internal customers.
• Priority Setting: identifies the critical tasks and manages time effectively.
• Assessment Skills: can articulate strengths and weaknesses after short exposures.
• Process Management: manages multiple activities and creates efficient workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop potential candidates through active networking across diverse organizations.
• Network with multicultural leaders to identify candidates.
• Conduct preliminary phone screen evaluations of candidates.
• Communicate position profile to potential candidates.
• Assess candidates’ skills against client needs via telephone interviews.
• Conduct reference checks on presented candidates.
• Collaborate with lead consultants and Research Delivery/Operations.
