Licensed District and School Administrators seeks an experienced school leader to serve as the principal in a Charlotte-Mecklenburg school. Under minimal supervision, you will provide instructional leadership, guide staff, and ensure compliance with district policies and state regulations to achieve high academic standards.

The position requires a bachelor's in education, a master's leading to NC principal licensure, and current NC principal licensure or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or closely related field required.
• Master's degree leading to K-12 School Administrator-Principal licensure in NC required.
• Teacher certification and current NC principal licensure (or eligible in another state) required.
• Minimum three years of teaching experience; five years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, supervise, and evaluate programs and staff in the district.
