Job summary

IRALOGIX is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to own executive-level relationships with our most strategic financial institution partners. You will lead cross-functional teams to align account strategies with partner goals and drive ROI at the highest levels.

You will own partner health, retention, and expansion, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance to deliver exceptional partner outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in relationship/account management within B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services.
• Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior financial institution executives.
• Track record of driving client retention, expansion, and revenue growth in strategic portfolios.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience mentoring junior client-facing professionals and influencing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior relationship owner and executive sponsor for strategic financial institution partnerships.
• Develop and execute account strategies aligned with partner goals and growth trajectories.
• Lead executive business reviews and multi-stakeholder alignment meetings with partner leadership.
• Own partner health, satisfaction, and retention for high-value accounts.
• Identify expansion opportunities and lead renewal strategies in collaboration with Sales and Legal.
• Mentor junior Relationship Managers and contribute to playbooks and engagement models.
