Energy Recruiters is seeking a driven recruiter to join our Commercial Downstream Practice in the United States. This role focuses on direct-hire recruiting, building lasting relationships with clients and candidates, and delivering exceptional service.

You will develop expertise across the recruiting lifecycle, manage data in our ATS, and contribute to a high-performance team that values integrity, persistence, and a client-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years demonstrated success in direct hire recruiting and business development.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Integrity, passion, persistence, work ethic, humility, and humor.
