Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years in security operations or executive protection with leadership.
• Proven ability to develop operational plans and risk assessments.
• Proficient in OSINT techniques and tools.
• Strong physical security knowledge and decision-making under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive protection operations including advance work and on-site security.
• Develop travel and event plans with risk assessments and mitigations.
• Use OSINT to inform risk assessments and plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Provide hands-on protection and secure transportation as needed.
• Maintain SOPs for the executive protection program.
• Train and mentor staff in executive protection practices.
• Manage protective equipment and vehicles.
• Prepare after-action reports and drive program improvements.
• Remain adaptable to other Security Special Services roles.
