Kustom is seeking an Executive Project Director to lead complex disaster restoration projects across mitigation, contents, reconstruction, and environmental work. You bring 5+ years of commercial restoration project management, a Construction Management degree, and advanced Xactimate certification.

As an Executive Project Director (EPD) at Kustom, you oversee the planning, execution, and successful financial outcome of mitigation, contents, reconstruction, and environmental projects within your division. You are responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and completion of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with company strategy, operating standards, and customer expectations. With your operational knowledge and consultative sales skills, you also develop your own local book of business, securing new projects through networking and relationship‑building activities.
