Job summary

You will collaborate with internal and external studios, marketing, and business partners to achieve franchise goals and financial targets, while mentoring teams and advancing best practices in production.

Qualifications

• Proven Executive Producer delivering projects on time and on budget.
• 10+ years in the gaming industry with production leadership.
• Experience in FPS titles or online FPS is a plus.
• Ability to mentor and develop future leaders.
• Knowledge of industry trends including monetization and esports.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track development across internal and external studios.
• Support creation and execution of production initiatives through full life-cycle.
• Collaborate with partners to deliver features, content, and events.
• Partner with monetization and analytics to plan updates.
• Act as primary contact with studios, marketing, PR, and contractors.
• Pair with Marketing to execute product line plans.
• Ensure game features support title positioning and goals.
• Advocate for the product at trade shows and PR events.
• Coach staff and foster growth within the team.
• Create a collaborative culture with clear goals and accountability.
• Model professionalism, integrity, and ethics per Activision standards.
• Provide creative direction to studios to improve quality and franchise innovation.
