Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent stakeholder-management and cross-functional leadership abilities.
• Experience establishing and managing relationships with contractors and vendors.
• Proven project and event management skills including budgeting and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end logistics for major in-person and hybrid events.
• Coordinate across teams to align event programming with strategic goals.
• Manage venue, vendor sourcing, and contract negotiations for events.
• Work with executives and policy staff to shape event storytelling and impact.
