Remote with frequent travel to the Vancouver office, you will own the operating rhythm, dashboards and KPIs, cross‑functional alignment, and lead select high‑visibility projects end‑to‑end.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in chief of staff or similar role.
• First-principles thinking with urgency and bias toward action.
• Startup experience with speed and ambiguity.
• Background in consulting, biz ops, strategy, or corporate development.
• Experience scaling operations across startup/retail/regulated environments.
• Ability to earn trust and operate with delegated authority.
• Builder and operator at heart aiming to run something someday.
