This role is a key member of our team, helping shape a fun, engaging, and dynamic workplace. The ideal candidate will foster an organized and positive environment, proactively supporting the team with a high level of professionalism. While the primary responsibilities include administrative office support and front-desk reception duties, the role also provides secondary backup support to the executive team. This is a full-time, in-office position based in our Herndon office. This role reports to the Manager of Executive Operations and requires reliable transportation.

The anticipated hourly range for candidates in Herndon, VA is $35 - $38 per hour. The final compensation package offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on specific background and education. BlackSky is a multi-state employer, and this pay scale may not reflect hourly ranges in other states or locations outside of Herndon, VA.
