Dexis Professional Services is seeking an Executive Officer to provide executive leadership and oversee program performance for the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Consular Affairs, Passport Services Directorate (CA/PPT).

This role entails acting as the management authority over the contractor's tasks and staffing portfolio across client offices. The position requires strong focus on risk management, innovation, and quality management, leading program staff and day‑to‑day operations.

• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

About the Position

Dexis Professional Services (Dexis) is seeking one Executive Officer to provide executive leadership and oversee program performance for the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Consular Affairs, Passport Services Directorate (CA/PPT). This individual will act as the management authority over the contractor's tasks and staffing portfolio and will ensure execution of assigned duties across the client's offices. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the contractor's executive leader and authorized interface with the Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer's Representative, government management, and customer representatives.
• Oversee the full headquarters services program and its staffing portfolio.
• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the client's mission and goals.
• Lead program staff and day-to-day operations, with emphasis on efficiency, risk management, innovation, and quality management.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of specific program management experience focused on risk management, innovation, and quality management systems.
• Master's degree in a related field, or 12 years of relevant experience.

Pay Range

Dexis pay range for this role: $111,000 - $161,000 USD
