Job summary

Life Care Centers of America seeks a skilled Nursing Home Administrator to lead the facility's operations, ensuring quality patient care and regulatory compliance. You will oversee financial operations, human resources, customer service, business development, and clinical services.

Responsibilities include budget management, policy implementation, staff supervision, and maintaining Life Care standards while serving as the facility's representative in the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in applicable State; active license throughout employment.
• Three (3) or more years' post acute care experience preferred.
• ACHCA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facility is compliant with Federal, State, local, and JCAHO requirements; act as Compliance Liaison.
• Ensure facility is clean and safe for patients, families, and staff.
• Represent the company to be viewed as provider of choice in the community.
• Ensure census goals are met.
• Prepare and operate within annual budget (approved by RVP and DVP).
• Effectively supervise team.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude toward patients.
