Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is recruiting a Director of Nursing (DON) for a premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Queens, NY. This full-time on-site executive role leads the Nursing Department, ensuring resident-centered care and rigorous regulatory compliance.

The DON reports to the Administrator, mentors staff, drives QAPI initiatives, and sustains survey readiness. NY licensed RN with prior DON or senior leadership in long-term care is required; SigmaCare EMR and MS Office

Qualifications

• RN license in NY is required.
• Previous DON or senior nursing leadership experience in long-term care is required.
• Extensive clinical experience in skilled nursing and long-term care settings is required.
• Strong knowledge of NY DOH regulations and CMS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and clinical management of the nursing department.
• Ensure compliance with federal, CMS, and NYS DOH regulations.
