Job summary

Team Select Home Care is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to supervise all patient care services and clinical personnel in a LTC branch. The DON reports to the Area Director of Clinical Operations and drives high-quality, patient-centered care.

The role emphasizes staff hiring, evaluation, disciplinary actions, coordination with HR, and adherence to federal/state regulations. It involves leadership in staffing, care planning, and quality assurance to meet corporate clinical metrics.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN license in practicing state(s).
• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• 3+ years of home health nursing experience preferred.
• At least 2 years healthcare supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical management of LTC branch.
• Supervise, evaluate, and develop clinical staff.
• Coordinate patient care and case conferencing.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and agency policies.
• Manage documentation and quality improvement activities (QAPI).
