Job Responsibilities
  • Promote employer products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) through in-person and virtual engagements, providing clinical and reimbursement information
  • Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve sales objectives using market data and customer insights
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, advocacy organizations, and other healthcare stakeholders
  • Address customer inquiries and objections utilizing advanced selling skills
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver coordinated solutions and guidance on product access issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; life sciences preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare; neuroscience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proven success in influencing diverse HCP audiences across multiple care settings
  • Must reside within the territory or within 30 miles of its border and possess a valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5 years of healthcare sales experience with at least 2 years in complex or account-based selling environments
  • Advanced selling skills, leadership abilities, and business acumen
  • Familiarity with payer dynamics, including Part D and specialty pharmacy distribution
  • Experience mentoring and training new sales team members
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual engagement platforms
