Job Responsibilities
- Promote employer products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) through in-person and virtual engagements, providing clinical and reimbursement information
- Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve sales objectives using market data and customer insights
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, advocacy organizations, and other healthcare stakeholders
- Address customer inquiries and objections utilizing advanced selling skills
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver coordinated solutions and guidance on product access issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; life sciences preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare; neuroscience preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven success in influencing diverse HCP audiences across multiple care settings
- Must reside within the territory or within 30 miles of its border and possess a valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of healthcare sales experience with at least 2 years in complex or account-based selling environments
- Advanced selling skills, leadership abilities, and business acumen
- Familiarity with payer dynamics, including Part D and specialty pharmacy distribution
- Experience mentoring and training new sales team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual engagement platforms
