Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a Portfolio Messaging Strategist to define and govern the executive narrative for Intelligence Center X. This role sits at the intersection of Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and Corporate Communications, shaping how industrial AI and agentic orchestration are communicated to customers and partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Portfolio Marketing, Brand Strategy, Communications, or related discipline.
• Experience within enterprise software, industrial technology, AI, data platforms, automation, cloud technologies, or platform businesses.
• Demonstrated success defining category, platform, or portfolio narratives that improved market understanding, differentiation, and GTM execution.
• Extensive experience developing executive keynotes, leadership presentations, and high-visibility communications.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the master narrative for Intelligence Center X and the broader portfolio.
• Build narrative frameworks grounded in customer challenges, differentiated product value, market dynamics, and Siemens’ industrial expertise.
• Establish messaging architecture, proof points, terminology, and storytelling standards that connect corporate vision, portfolio positioning, product messaging, industry use cases and customer outcomes.
• Lead the strategic development of executive keynotes, high-profile presentations, customer events, analyst engagements, and executive communications.
• Partner with senior executives, product leaders, and SMEs to transform complex strategies into compelling, audience-specific stories.
• Define presentation storylines, narrative arcs, supporting proof points, visual direction, customer examples, and calls to action.
• Create scalable executive storytelling processes, including briefing frameworks, content governance, speaker preparation, and post-event content repurposing.
