Job summary

Park DuValle Community Health Center is seeking a Chief Medical Officer to lead clinical services, quality initiatives, and provider oversight across our organization. You will partner with executive leadership to advance patient-centered care, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive meaningful improvements in outcomes.

The CMO will work with physicians, APRNs, and the Director of Clinical Operations to maintain high-quality care, supervise medical staff, and guide accreditation activities while

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing, public health, or related field.
• Board certification in Family Medicine.
• BLS Certification.
• Current medical licensure (MD/DO) in Kentucky.
• Valid driver’s license and personal transportation to travel between center locations.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning with CEO and Board to advance PDCHC’s goals.
• Direct supervision and development of medical staff; recruitment and training.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation, USDHHS, licensure, and QA programs.
• Monitor clinical performance and patient satisfaction improvements.
• Coordinate clinical policy changes and cost-effective operations.
• Liaise with external agencies and prepare required reports.
