Kaye/Bassman International, partnering with a leading global biopharma, seeks an Executive Medical Director to serve as Global Clinical Lead for a late-stage hematology asset.

You will own the clinical strategy for Phase 3, lead a global development team across the US, EU, and Asia, and drive regulatory interactions with FDA and health authorities.

This role offers a path toward VP and potential expansion into additional indications, reporting to the head of clinical development.

Qualifikationen

• MD or MD/PhD with US clinical training preferred.
• 10+ years in pharma research including 7+ years in Phase I–IV clinical development.
• Phase 3 leadership in hematology or oncology, ideally hematologic malignancies.
• Exposure to NDA/MAA submissions and regulatory interactions.
• Experience leading global, matrixed teams.
• Prior large pharma experience; startup backgrounds not a fit.
• Strong executive presence to influence senior clinical and commercial leaders.

The opportunity

• Own clinical strategy for a Phase 3 program in myeloid malignancies, from pivotal execution through registration and toward launch
• Lead the global development team across the US, EU, and Asia, and drive key go/no-go and labeling-critical decisions
• Lead clinical science interactions with the FDA and other health authorities, including potential advisory committee preparation
• Partner closely with Medical Affairs and senior commercial leadership
• Report directly to the head of clinical development, with scope to expand into additional indications or earlier-stage programs, and a clear path toward VP

What you bring

• MD or MD/PhD; U.S. clinical training preferred
• 10+ years in pharma research, including 7+ years in Phase I to IV clinical development
• Phase 3 leadership in hematology or oncology, ideally in hematologic malignancies
• Exposure to NDA/MAA submissions and regulatory interactions
