Job summary

JW Marriott Anaheim Resort in Anaheim, CA is seeking a hospitality professional to assist the Outlet Manager in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and delivering stellar guest service.

You will quickly clear tables, reset tables, maintain stock at stations, support breakfast service, transport used ware for cleaning, and uphold attendance expectations. Join a luxury resort that values teamwork and growth.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to move or push goods up to 150 lbs with/without accommodations.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Adapt communication style to different audiences (supervisors, coworkers, guests).

Responsibilities

• Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting.
• Promptly and consistently reset all service ware.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with equipment.
• Take care of guests with breakfast experience and replenish as necessary.
• Transport all dirty tableware from dining area to dishwashing for cleaning.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned.

Overview

Assist the Outlet Manager in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, as well as providing guests stellar service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting.
• Promptly and consistently reset all service ware.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments.
• Take care of guests with their breakfast experience and replenish as necessary.
• Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry, or otherwise, transport up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 150 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations.
