Qualifications

Active Oregon LNHA license or ability to obtain licensure.
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
Demonstrated financial management and operational oversight experience.

Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and management of facility operations.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Direct and oversee admissions, census development, and marketing initiatives.
Manage facility budgets, financial performance, and revenue optimization.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered care.
Lead quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
Maintain survey readiness and support regulatory compliance efforts.
Partner with clinical and department leaders to achieve operational goals.
Oversee staffing, employee engagement, retention, and workforce development.
Ensure the physical plant and environment remain safe, compliant, and well-maintained.
Build positive relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and community partners.
