Job summary

Yates Construction Co. in Atlanta seeks an experienced Project Executive to drive life science facility project acquisition, contract negotiations, client relations and budget management across complex programs.

You will supervise a multi-disciplinary team, oversee P&L, ensure safety and cGMP/cleanroom compliance, and build long-term relationships with pharmaceutical clients to win repeat business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Construction Management or Engineering.
• 15+ years in construction, with 10+ years in leadership of life science/pharma/multi-project teams.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, CQV, and validated environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across project acquisition, contract negotiations, client relations, and budget management for life science facilities.
• Lead business growth, RFP/RFQ processes, and executive-level negotiations.
• Oversee pre-construction alignment, long-lead procurement, schedules, and baseline budgets.
