Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and licensure as Nursing Home Administrator.
- Experience managing long-term care facilities with regulatory knowledge.

- Strong communication skills with staff, residents, and families.
Responsibilities
- Direct the facility's operation to ensure quality resident care.
- Lead budgeting, labor costs, and business office activities.
- Develop marketing strategies to maximize census and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and QA standards.
- Coordinate staff training, rounds, and performance feedback.
- Foster inter-departmental teamwork and community relations.
- Be on-call 24/7 and oversee clinical and administrative functions.
