Banner Health is seeking a senior in-house attorney to support a leading nonprofit academic health system. The role provides legal guidance to executives, physicians and operations, negotiates and drafts contracts, and helps drive compliance across a complex healthcare landscape.
Minimum qualifications include a JD/LLB from an ABA-accredited school, Arizona Bar admission, five years' practice, and solid PC/word processing skills.

This position provides legal support and advice, including interpreting laws, rules and regulations, advising company personnel, negotiating and drafting agreements and other documents, and monitoring laws and regulations affecting the company.
JD or LLB from an ABA accredited law school.
Bar admission and eligibility to practice in Arizona.
Five years experience as a practicing attorney.
A working knowledge of personal computers, including word‑processing skills. Inter‑personal and professional skills to provide legal services in a useful manner to those at all levels of the organization.
Eight or more years as a practicing attorney, including at least five years in a law firm setting.
Three years experience in health care law.
Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
