Pinnacle Business Guides seeks accomplished executives, entrepreneurs, consultants, and business coaches to use their experience to help entrepreneurial leadership teams build stronger, more successful companies.

As a Pinnacle Business Guide, you work directly with CEOs and leadership teams to create greater strategic clarity, accountability, alignment, and execution, while managing your own independent practice and client relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive leadership, entrepreneurship, consulting, or business coaching experience.
• Significant experience working with CEOs, founders, or senior leadership teams.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand challenges across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate strategic planning and leadership alignment sessions with entrepreneurial companies.
• Work directly with CEOs, founders, and executive leadership teams.
• Help clients establish greater clarity, accountability, and execution discipline.
• Apply the foundational Pinnacle Principles™ and professional facilitation tools to real business challenges.
• Build long‑term advisory relationships centered on meaningful, measurable progress.
• Develop and manage your own portfolio of client relationships.

• Facilitate strategic planning and leadership alignment sessions with entrepreneurial companies
• Work directly with CEOs, founders, and executive leadership teams

• Build long‑term advisory relationships centered on meaningful, measurable progress

The Experience We're Looking For

Strong candidates typically bring:

• 10+ years of executive leadership, entrepreneurship, consulting, or business coaching experience
• Significant experience working with CEOs, founders, business owners, or senior leadership teams
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand challenges across multiple functions
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and relationship‑building skills
• Confidence navigating complex leadership conversations
• An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating independently
• A genuine desire to help other leaders succeed

Previous coaching experience can be valuable, but it is not required. Exceptional business leadership experience matters.
