Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in recreation and parks or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred for leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Recreation Services including aquatics, recreation centers, youth and adult programming, therapeutic recreation, customer service, and community engagement.
• Lead implementation of department-wide customer service standards and improve customer experience.
• Develop and implement innovative recreation programs and operational strategies to meet evolving community needs.
