CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Chief Operating Officer for its Aetna Better Health Medicaid managed care plan. The role oversees business operations, cost management, and regulatory compliance while guiding provider networks and population health initiatives.

The COO will work closely with the Plan CEO, manage multi-team execution, and ensure alignment across internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in government programs such as Medicaid, Medicare, or Dual Eligible plans.
• 5+ years in executive leadership roles with proven operational proficiencies.
• Proven success with C-suite stakeholders and cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to lead across multiple teams within a large, matrixed organization.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

• Partner with Plan CEO to drive growth, operations, and performance.
• Oversee budgeting, revenue targets, and P&L for the health plan.
• Coordinate with shared services to improve efficiency and results.
• Lead provider operations, network contracting, and care delivery initiatives.
• Drive cost management, provider experience, and population health outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with state contracts, regulations, and industry requirements.
• Collaborate with Government Affairs and Legal on regulatory matters.
• Represent CVS Health with regulators, policymakers, and external partners.
