  • EKM Compensation range is $84,000-$100,000/year + 15% bonus potential.
  • The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.

As Executive Kitchen Manager, you’ll oversee a fast-paced, high-volume scratch kitchen, driving the culinary execution of our menu paired with Cooper’s Hawk wines. You’ll lead and develop the team to achieve operational excellence in food quality, safety, and service.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee kitchen operations
  • Partner with culinary team to implement new menu items
  • Manage policies, training, and standard operating procedures
  • Ensure collaboration between kitchen and front of house
  • Create a positive work environment
  • Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and team development
  • Lead menu and system rollouts
  • Conduct community meetings and promote communication
  • Maintain food quality and execute private events
  • Maximize financial and operational results
  • Conduct weekly food inventory with management
  • Operate computer systems including POS and inventory software
  • Maintain safety and food safety standards
  • Uphold professional image and adhere to guidelines
  • Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need
  • 2-3 years of kitchen management experience, scratch kitchen preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • English proficiency
  • Financial acumen
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Certifications like ServSafe preferred
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long hours
  • Work 50-60 hours/week, flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
