Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction and sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Dependable, motivated, with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations including dining room and bar.
• Lead and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
