This role involves leading technical support teams, managing projects, and ensuring the efficient operation of IT systems. The IT Support Technician V also provides specialized support in areas such as MDM, iOS, Linux, A/V, and executive support. In this role, you will provide advanced technical support to employees, resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues while leading and mentoring technical support teams by providing guidance and expertise. You will manage IT support projects, ensuring their timely and successful completion, and diagnose and resolve complex technical problems related to computer systems, software applications, and network connectivity. Assisting with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of advanced computer hardware and software will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will respond to support requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations, while documenting support requests, resolutions, and maintaining accurate records of technical issues. Collaborating with other IT team members, you will escalate and resolve highly complex technical issues as needed. Providing excellent customer service, you will communicate effectively with employees to understand and address their technical needs. Staying updated with the latest advancements in technology and industry trends, you will also participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your technical skills and knowledge.
