Job summary

Ringside Talent Acquisition Partners is assisting a Cleveland-based client in finding a VP, IT & Cybersecurity to oversee IT operations and cybersecurity strategy on-site in Cleveland, OH.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of IT leadership with cybersecurity oversight, strong team leadership, and knowledge of frameworks, risk management and compliance. CISSP/CISM certifications are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience with cybersecurity oversight.
• Experience building and leading IT and security teams across multiple disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization's IT strategy, infrastructure, and operations.
• Own the enterprise cybersecurity strategy including risk management and incident response.
• Develop and enforce IT and security policies, standards, and governance.
