Job summary

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
  • Three (3) years direct work experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Screens calls and visitors for the CHRO Office and routes to appropriate staff; schedules appointments and meetings.
  • Processes paperwork and prepares reports using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Reviews correspondence and ensures proper format, accuracy and policy compliance.
  • Makes travel arrangements and prepares travel vouchers with accurate cost calculations.
  • Prepares folders, coordinates meetings or conferences and transcribes minutes as needed.
  • Maintains HR records and monitors budgets, funds status and expense tracking.
