Job summary

One Federal Solution (OFS) seeks an experienced Executive Officer to lead the HQ Services program supporting a Federal Government client in Washington, DC. The Executive Officer will serve as the Contractor’s executive leadership and authorized interface with the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), government management personnel, and customer agency representatives.

This position is tied to a future business opportunity and is contingent upon contract award.

Qualifications

Minimum of eight years of program management experience with focus on risk management, innovation and quality management systems.
Master’s degree in a related field or twelve years of experience.
PMP certification is required.
Must possess a Secret personnel security clearance.
Must be able to support onsite performance in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Contractor’s executive leadership and authorized interface with CO, COR, government management personnel, and customer agency representatives.
Oversee the HQ Services program.
Develop and implement strategic plans that align program objectives with the customer’s mission and goals.
Provide leadership to program staff and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide program leadership with a focus on risk management, innovation, and quality management systems.
