Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of housekeeping management experience preferred (hotel experience strongly preferred).
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards.
• Effective communication skills with a guest-first attitude.
• Must pass a criminal records background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces while managing operations, staff development, and quality control.
• Lead housekeeping team to ensure pristine, welcoming, and relaxing stays.
• Hire, train, and develop a skilled housekeeping team, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
• Maintain and track housekeeping schedules to optimize productivity and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure safety procedures and cleanliness protocols are strictly followed.
